  On Saturday October 04, 2014 the KDF (Kenyan Demented Force) http://www.hrw.org/sites/default/files/imagecache/scale-300x/media/images/photographs/2008_Kenya_Mandera.jpgbeat and tortured over eighty Gharri people in Rhamo town including women, the elderly, and unarmed men. Also, they denied medical treatment for over 50 victims and those victims are now suffering at their behest. All of this violence was committed to coerce the people to admit to a crime they did not commit. Simply because the Degodia complained that they lost a donkey and suspect that the Gharri are responsible, somehow this happens.

While all this was going on, the Uhuru government failed to intervene. Even if someone from their village stole that donkey, the brutality behind this response is barbaric and completely unjustified.

So, why in the world are only Mandera County citizens subjected to this kind of inhuman treatment in Kenya?

 It was said that this Demented Force takes Mr-Joseph-ole-Lenkuorders from Joseph Ole Lenku and their operations were initially financed by Abdikadir Mohamed and Aden Kenan, but later on was reimbursed by the Wajir County government.
