We have received information from Moyale, Dawa Zone, Southern Ethiopia Somali region, that the Oromo militia raided El Gof, Raro, and Kojowa today on November 19, 2017 in about 9:00AM local time.

There are no casualties or injuries reported at El Gof, but 3 invading Oromo militia were killed at Raro, and 8 at Kojowa.

According eyewitness reports, the invading militia were defeated at all three locations and 11 enemy combatants were killed before the rest fled in disarray. Also, 3 Somali were killed and 4 were injured. However, the fleeing Oromo militia looted a small ranch at Tuumma, and got away with few camel and an unspecified number of goats.
